Mahnoush Abbasgholi was born in July 28, 1975 in Tehran, Iran. She started painting from the very beginning years of her life. Painting has filled the best hours of her childhood. She finally graduated from the Tehran (Al-zahra) university in the field General Painting. During the study term, she also took the advantages of professors Shakiba's instructions. Several group and individual exhibitions were held during the time too. Mahnoush has ever tried different painting techniques; such as colored pencils, oil color, crayons, gouache, water color and acrylic. Water color and acrylic interested her the most, resulting her works to be more concentrated on such techniques. Mahnoush's university final project was a gallery of water color paintings, all of the subject flowers, that was found attractive. The most time was spent on working water color paintings, resulting to new horizons hidden in her arts. Acrylic, by the way, is now the most interesting technique she currently works on. Practice made perfect and she is now so powerful creating arts in such techniques. During the past 4 years, she has been busy painting for several internal and international hotels as their interior decoration. She is also planning for further painting collections to be performed for other art centers and hotels round the world. Mahnoush owes her parents, all her success: "I do owe all what I have to my dear parents, who praised me all the time, helping me crossing such difficult way." |  |
